History
- 1983 – Incorporated in the State of Florida as a Simulator Consulting Firm specializing in Flight Dynamics.
- 1993 – First U.S. Government Contract – SH-60F modification.
- 1995 – Awarded first contract in excess of $5M for modification of KC-130 FFS. Moved to 12,000 ft2 leased facility with Engineering, Administration, and Assembly at the single location.
- 1999 – Successful graduation from SBA 8(a) Program.
- 1999 – Opened office in Mobile, AL to provide support to the U.S. Coast Guard’s Aviation Training Center.
- 2001/2002 – Moved to 26,000 ft2 facility and acquired over $20,000,000 in new trainer and modifications contracts.
- 2003 – Awarded a US Navy TSC II Lot I multi-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract.
- 2005 and beyond – Awarded a number of TSC II Delivery Orders supporting multiple fixed and rotary wing aircraft platforms.
- 2008 – Awarded subcontract to develop E-2D Flight Trainers as part of the E-2D Hawkeye Integrated Training System – Aircrew Program.
- 2009 – Awarded PEO STRI STOC II contracts under Full and Open and Small Business Lots
- 2009 – Awarded contract for the first Reconfigurable Flight Training Device for U.S. Navy.
- 2010 – Expanded facility to nearly 51,000 ft2..
- 2010 – Awarded subcontract for E-2C Flight Trainer Comprehensive Upgrade Program.
