			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p><strong>Description of Duties:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Aerodynamics Systems Group Leader – The aerodynamics   systems Group Leader is responsible for the technical oversight of the   Aerodynamics Systems Group.  The Aerodynamics   Systems Group is responsible for ensuring that the simulated aircraft flies   like the actual aircraft.  This   includes ensuring that the engines operate correctly, the equations of motion   reproduce the motion characteristics of the aircraft, the atmosphere is   modeled correctly, the simulator operates correctly as it reacts with the   simulated surface of the earth, etc.    The aerodynamics systems group also develops the Automatic Fidelity   Tests required to test the aircraft dynamics.    This is a Group Lead (GL 1) position and will supervise a team.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Aerospace Engineering degree with an emphasis on simulation</li>
<li>8  to 12 years work   experience developing products in the simulation aerospace industry with real-time programming techniques for flight   simulation applications.</li>
<li>Five years of supervisory experience.</li>
<li>Position requires strong analytical and communication   skills and the ability to work with different design and test groups.</li>
<li>Needs little or no supervision</li>
<li>Capable of leading all size projects;</li>
<li>System design capability includes both hardware and software; </li>
<li>Expected to participate in personnel decisions as they relate to   individual area of expertise;</li>
<li>Significant participation in corporate marketing and simulation level   system design;</li>
<li>Strong technical understanding of multiple areas of specialization.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Additional Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="line-height: 19px;">B.S and 8 Years, M.S. and 7 years or PhD and  4 years direct experience preferred</span></li>
<li>Prior experience with aircraft flight testing and   knowledge of flight dynamics, flight data analysis and interpretation, and   development of data analysis tools is very useful.</li>
<li>Candidate will develop simulations for Aerodynamics,   Engines, Flight Controls and Automatic Flight Control Systems primarily using   C/C++.</li>
<li>Candidate must have or be able to obtain a Department of   Defense Security clearance.</li>
<li>Candidate must be able to work in small confined spaces   (simulator cockpits) </li>
