ASI received a contract to design, produce, install, and test major modifications to the U.S. Coast Guard’s HU-25, HH-60J, and HH-65C Operational Flight Trainers at the USCG Aviation Training Center in Mobile, AL which is professionally maintained and operated by ASI via the IMOMS IDIQ Contract.

The modifications included new Host Computer Systems, Control Loading Systems, Trainer Input/Output Systems, Visual Systems, Navigation Systems, Communications Systems, Radar Systems, Computer Added Debrief Systems (CADS), Instructor Operator Stations, Motion System analysis, Seat Shaker upgrades, Mission Computer Systems, and other Cockpit Upgrades.

The HU-25, HH-60J, and HH-65C OFTs are the primary trainers used by the USCG ATC to train all USCG pilots in the operation (both normal and emergency) and mission of each of the related aircraft.
