T-44A Trainer Upgrades

ASI received a contract from NAWCTSD to provide upgrades to the Navy’s T-44A trainers. 

This involved providing computer rehost for the host computer and IOS, a Block Upgrade to add a Flight Management System, and the replacement of the Input/Output (I/O) system.  The computer rehost involved replacing Encore 32/77 processors with Pentium II processors using the Linux non-proprietary operating system.
