In 1997, the U.S. Coast Guard decided to end its relationship with the Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) concept to maintain their flight training devices at Aviation Training Center (ATC) Mobile.  On February 10th, 1999, ASI was awarded a Time and Materials contract for 1 base year and 3 option years.  During this time, ASI maintained all devices at greater than 95% availability and performed modifications using on site personnel and support personnel from our Tampa, FL office.  For an overview of the IMOMS Contracts, go here.  After a 2 month mobilization, ASI began operations at ATC Mobile.  At that time, the site training devices included:

1   HH-60J Operational Flight Trainer
1   HH-65A Operational Flight Trainer
1   UH-25A Operational Flight Trainer
