The Proposal Manager is responsible for all administrative aspects of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR), and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) – ensuring security and integrity of all proposal documentation, coordinating internal flow and review of all proposal inputs, and directing a production of final master proposals.
