The Sikorsky H-60/S-70 is a family of military helicopters built by Sikorsky Aircraft.
All models use a modified mission symbol in addition to the ‘H’ vehicle type designation. The mission prefix (e.g. H, U, M, V) only has tangential meaning to the suffix series letter (A/B/C etc.), as most modified mission types encompass multiple series letters. Sikorsky also sells this helicopter as the S-70, but it was initially developed as the UH-60 to specific United States Army project requirements.
ASI has expertise in the HH, MH, VH, and UH series of H-60s. As mission load changes the last letter (J, T, P, N, G, etc) also changes. ASI has expertise in the HH-60J, MH-60T, UH-60P, VH-60N, HH-60G, and general airframe and avionics of the UH-60 series.
