Founded in 1983, ASI is proud to be 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), with a dedicated team of nearly 300 employees. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, we maintain a satellite office in Orlando's Research Park and staff customer sites across the country. We have been continuously developing the E-2/C-2 Flight Trainers since 2000, and have been supporting the US Coast Guard Aviation Training Center since 1995. Our exceptional engineering competence is recognized through highly rated Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting Systems (CPARS) for development and sustainment contracts, and we are highly respected within Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) and Air Force Simulators Division (AFLCMC/WNS).
WHat we do
ASI performs all system lifecycle functions in-house from training systems analysis and requirements definition through design and development to in-service support. ASI engineers and supports both training devices and distributed network systems. We deliver all-domain training solutions to customers worldwide and provide logistics support in perpetuity. ASI engineers solutions ranging from extended reality (VR/AR/MR) to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) level-D full flight simulators (FFS).
ASI’s solutions include live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) distributed mission operations (DMO) linking devices and systems to each other for combined and collective training. We develop network operation centers (NOC) for large force exercise (LFE) distributed, all-domain LVC training that provide exercise control, role playing, and mass brief/debrief capability.
ASI has developed each of these capabilities in house to ensure we have every competency required to deliver comprehensive solutions to our customers that empower the warfighter and enable mission success, while providing life-cycle cost savings.
