ASI Celebrates 40th Anniversary
Forty years ago, on December 20, 1983, Joe Fernandez established Aero Simulation, Inc. (ASI) to support local Government contractors utilizing his expertise in Flight Dynamics modeling. During its initial decade, ASI expanded to a dedicated team of six, all specializing in flight simulation. In 1993, the company marked a significant milestone by securing its first prime contract with the U.S. Navy, followed by contracts for the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Marine Corps in 1995.
