Raymond Duquette Joins ASI Board of Directors 

Tampa, FL (January 30, 2025) - ASI (Aero Simulation, Inc.), a 100% employee-owned company specializing in training system development, modification, and sustainment, announced today that Raymond "Duke" Duquette has officially been appointed to its Board of Directors effective Jan 1, 2025. Mr. Duquette will serve as a member of several committees as an independent director. He has decades of experience in the simulation and training industry and an extensive career in both the U.S. Marine Corps and corporate leadership.

Mr. Duquette’s distinguished career includes serving as President and General Manager of CAE USA, where he drove growth and new offerings. Prior to his appointment as President, he served as Vice President, Strategy, Business Development and Sales at CAE Inc. and as Director of Business Development at Boeing Training Systems. He has also served in various boards and advisory positions for CAE, Pinnacle Solutions Inc., and C2 Technologies Inc. A retired Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps, his military career includes a decade of active-duty service as a fighter pilot and 19 additional years in the Marine Corps Reserves. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University - Kingsville.

Mr. Duquette’s appointment stems from the need for independent directors under an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, which ASI became in 2023. His tenure will run for at least the next three years.
